My impression is, you can realistically use 50% annual earnings growth for the next 3, even 5 years.

Which means TRW earnings 3 years from now should be $118M.
Divided by 150M TRW shares = EPS 0.78
With a P/E 30 your TRW shares should be worth $23.
You get .39 TRW shares for every SIAF share which means your dividend shares should be worth $9.20 per SIAF share you own now, at time of IPO. my previous estimate was $6. I don't know what I did differently. One factor is probably the $1.33 they are paying out versus $0.90 I was expecting a couple of months ago. Perhaps the trade division as well. I used a different method last time.
