Apollo121, E*TRADE, they don't try to play planner they let you trade what you want NO GAMES. They will let me buy "A Bag of Dirt" @ $9,999.57 pps if I want. But they see all the details of my account and know not to mess with me. My leet rep asked me "Dude, where did you learn to trade like this?" I told him years of doing it wrong. hehe.

TD and all Canada markets wouldn't let anyone trade $ANDI. E*TRADE was happy to let me buy 100m shares at .0001 I sold 50% at .0008, sold 47m at .0349, and the bal. at the end for .0013. TD traders made $0.00 and Canadian traders made even less..... HEHEHEHEH E*TRADE ALL THE WAY. (IMNHO)

I have a nice small pile of $UNGS though I'm still waiting for that RUN, I get spinoff divi's so I'm cool just waiting.
