Can someone answer these 3 questions?
1) Who else is a Director of NEIK beside Dr Russell?
2) How are they paying the people on his Org Chart? Neik does not appear to have any revenue. So is that Org Chart real?
3) Based on the past several years of PR's and Radio interviews the message has been the same (very close to deal, Final negotiations, ect,,). Has there ever been any evidence there really is a deal?

Anyone have an answer?
