That is not the purpose of this board. As such it raises the question should ALL of your posts be deleted since you openly admit you intend to disurpt the board.

As for your new point,

How many well known and now considered successful CEO's throughout history lack a "formal" education? How many have had personal financial dificulties? How many have had numerous failed businesses? How many have made enemies that sought to denigrate their reputation? How many made mistakes? You'd be surprised at the number of actual convicted felons that have reshaped their lives and become successful legitimate business men and women.
You obviously have spent a lot of time researching the personal information of the the man you call Fred as if you have a personal relationship with him. So much so that you may be over the line and into invasion of privacy issues. Further much of what you rail about is out of context and largely irrelevant repetition of the same "he is a crook, this is a scam rhetoric". Were I the target of you victriolic diatribe I would be exploring the Cyberstalking laws to seek relief from you assault.
You have now made the same attack three times. Yes it is worded differently each time but the underlying theme is the same. As such it is thread disruption. This is your final warning. Any repeat of the "Fred is a crook, ASTN is tied to the mob, ASTN is a scam" will be removed.
