OK John - This is on topic:

1.) you state in your post #2477 that IHDR paid WESCO a one-time license fee of $500,000 for exclusive rights to deploy WESCO's Catalytic Activated Vacuum Distillation (CAVD) technology in the European Union.

Now, post #2477 by you and post #2479 by 1stepahead1 were part of a discussion, one post being a reply to the other. So, here I am, trying to join in the discussion on a discussion board. I ask a decent, reasonable, uncombative question ... and then I spent the rest of my posts today defending myself against your meanness. Exclusive rights to the EU and non-exclusive world rights... hmmmm, sounds to me like an interesting subject for discussion. Here I am, just a dumb investor, and I am so dumb that I think that two posts on a subject on a discussion board might mean it is a subject wirth discussing. How stupid of me.

The general idea of a discussion board is for people to feel free to openly discuss things amongst themselves. All of us could act in isolation sending independent emails (like sagan and other suggested I do) to the company and shepherding the answers like they were precious jewels, but thats not the idea of a discussion board. The idea is for people to raise a subject and then for other people to join in in an adult discussion. If people are going to get insulted by you when they actually try to do this very thing, you are destroying the value of this board, and since I pay iHub to keep up with stocks I own, you are stealing from me the value of what I pay for. I spend my good money to be able to talk about the stocks I own and I deserve to have the right to do so without being insulted for trying to do so. When you insult people, you frighten people off from sharing their thoughts because most people aren't willing to stand up for themselves when bullies (who think the board is their private domain) attack them for doing the very thing a discussion board is designed to do. You are undermining the intrinsic value I deserve to derive from this board because people are unwilling to endure your insults just to try to have an adult discussion with others who don't insult them.

Now, to return to the two posts in question: I was only joining into a discussion on a discussion board on a subject you had personally raised. If you don't want it discussed on a discussion board, what the ever loving blue eyed heck are you doing raising the subject in the first place? And once you have raised it, what right on God's green earth do you have attacking people who think the subject is worth inquiring about?

The Energy Commander is a revolutionary product. I think it is genius. When you treat your fellow posters like you treated me today, you are creating discord on this board, the net effect of which is to damage an otherwise superb company. I don't want the value of my investment to go down. Given the considerable size of the positions of the participants of this board, it is fair to say that you could foolishly undermine the value of IHDR's shares by fomenting discord and its accompanying doubts. If it is your plan to do this very thing, and to swoop in and buy the shares from weaker hands, then you have, by your insults to me today, created an committed opponet on this and every other board I encounter you on. You have no right to screw with my investment simply to feed your petty vanity. You are acting like you have rights that are superior to the other posters on this baord. At the very least, you have no right to post your post (#2477), only to attack people who take you up on trying to discuss it.

If you don't want something talked about, don't post on the subject. Like they say in these parts, "Sit down bus driver. Sit down, shut up, and drive the bus." You are the moderator, not the mind police, John. Try acting like a decent human being. Respect your fellow posters. They deserve it. And so does IHDR. Its a good company with a genius idea that looks like it could change a lot of things we have all come to take for granted. Quit damaging the board. Its not yours. You've done a huge amount, but that does not give you special rights.

Peace is best created when respect reign in men's hearts.
