A R/S is the only conclusive scenario,
if this company was being bought out, the "exit door"(mass selling) would not be stuck open. This stock would be bought up, and the pps would not be driven into the ground. A R/S, just divide the # of shares you own by at least 100, and that is what you'll be left with.
