Zenon, not likely until 2013 wihch is the time line of a request for class action. I just received today for Cisco and Terayon for violation in 1999. The class action if resolved will take years meaning you will get back cents on the dollar 8 years after this. I don't even have records of 6 years ago of my stocks. IRS only wants 3 years back check. Worthless BS
