Well it can't be all when the 62.3MUSD number doesn't match.

We have 59.8MUSD in "interest in unconsolidated equity investee, due from Tri-way Industries Limited" and 53.5MUSD in "accounts receivable, due from Tri-way Industries Limited". And more if they have transferred the fish pond or whatnot.

Now they did state "covering both a portion or all of accounts payable and other payables".

Well, I guess we'll get some clarification in the Q3-report in November which is due the same date as the payment date
