I’m not definitively saying that this is the case. I’m more so giving how I read it and am asking others of there opinion of those who are invested what they think it means.

Golden mind maybe you can help us clear this up?

If a mediation hearing is scheduled for Feb 20th but there’s also a trial date set for June 5th 2019, then which way would we say this thing is leaning..a solution through mediation before trial date or we go to trial?


Either way it seems like we could have all are answers either sometime between the mediation date and the trial date possibly?

Any educated thoughts welcome
