Brent started developing the Latitude concept in 2007. Over the past 7 years, he has built the Latitude Team to what is now over 600 employees strong. In just 5 years, the Latitude 360 team designed, developed, constructed and currently operates three Latitude venues across the country. The Latitude concept is considered one of the most exciting concepts in the restaurant industry in the country. Brent brings valuable management, leadership, start-up finance, project development, and complex real estate development experience as he has worked in real estate acquisition, re-zoning, rental management and investment banking spanning 15 years. Brent has completed, assisted with, and developed numerous real estate development projects, managed million dollar portfolios as well as raising in excess of 250MM dollars in public and private venture capital for start-up companies by spending over 10 years in the wealth management division of several brokerage firms. Brent has 11 years of successful project development, new construction, land handling and has developed and built projects in excess of $90 million since 2007. Brent is active in the Jacksonville Community and served on the Southeast Vision Committee for the City of Jacksonville as well as sits on the Board of Trustees for the Jacksonville Chamber of Commerce. Jacksonville Business Journal ranked Brent in the Top 40 Businessman under 40 in Jacksonville in 2008, in 2012 he was awarded The Ultimate CEO for Northeast Florida by the Jacksonville Business Journal and most recently he was named The 2013 National Entrepreneur of the Year by Enterpreneur-Anchor Magazine. He also is a Co-Founder of H.A.T.U.A. International and a graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy in Annapolis, MD. He lives in Jacksonville, FL with his wife and three children.
