While in Conservatorship there are NO DIVIDEND RIGHTS nor can they sue for back dividends since the shares carry and are non-cumulative. If the P shares happen to win the lawsuit ( not a chance IMO ) then the whole Conservatorship is unwound, all the money is returned to FNF ( $200 Billion ) and life goes on. You don't hear Common holders crying for back dividends do you? Why you ask - because they are a little sharper than the average joe.
