Obviously someone in the know ahead of time that there was going to be a purchase by a group or groups of investors. This is nothing new, been going on forever just hard to prove. Hopefully the SEC answers these questions through their investigation.
The list of the names of the companies is very long. Suffice it to say that a few of the companies names are on the SEC’s list and if negligence or illegal insider trading took place I would recommend they broaden the scope of their investigation starting with the companies the alleged sat on Boards of.
