That is why I usually never looked at any Junk Twitter/Facebook at all because the information over there is very easy to be manipulated by any single individuals!

We should only look at the formal and official company website or their accountable filings or creditable news channels to get the correct company information.

Anyway I bet we'll see a wave of huge sell-off in the coming week due to this negative incident which was made up by someone(s)...

If the ask were dropped to 0.0001 again then I would slap out all of them no matter how many shares ask at 0.0001s because the OS is less than 700M shares. I can buy up to 500M shares at 0.0001. I believe ACTL will soon explode to 0.00xx price levels and its target price is $0.3906 ~ $0.00444 based on the MV matching with its two peers!
