It's worth reading this from the Dec. 2013 Filings:

Note 2 – Going concern

"The Company is currently in the exploration stage and has engaged in limited operations. While management of the Company believes that the Company will be successful in its planned operating activities, there can be no assurance that it will be able to be successful in the development of its product, sale of its planned product, and services that will generate sufficient revenues to sustain its operations.

The accompanying consolidated financial statements have been prepared in conformity with accounting principles generally accepted in the United States of America, which contemplate continuation of the Company as a going concern. The Company has incurred an operating loss since inception of $(3,028,066) and has no revenues to offset its operating costs. These and other factors raise substantial doubt about the Company’s ability to continue as a going concern. The accompanying financial statements do not include any adjustments to reflect the possible future effects on the recoverability and classification of assets or the amounts and classification of liabilities that may result from the possible inability of the Company to continue as a going concern."
(FACT). This is FIVE years ago, so as we've seen no Filings since that date, so what the heck have these figures turned in to now except MASSIVE Toxic debt?

So, if anyone keeps buying this stock, there's every chance the Investor will lose the lot, but it's the choice of the investor who hopefully, won't be silly to throw money away and let it get 'absorbed' in FLPC 'costs' like all the previous cash. You can see the figures yourself online.
