As evidenced in the conference call Two Rivers does not have the funding for the Cuchuras Dam construction. They will need a minimum of $25 million to repair the dam and also make it deep enough for them to add to water capacity. They will need to either issue debt or shares to raise the money. This is nothing new as the have been "trying" without success to raise this money for years.


The CBD oil project in Butte county may look appealing to investors but the rose is off the bud IMO as their high tech greenhouses failed to live up to expectations and now they are back to growing outdoors.


Very risky at this point.
