Cary, regarding ARYC's Board of Directors (BOD)...

As you know ARYC's BOD only has three directors, all of whom are inside directors...Mark, Rene, and Todd. It is Mark's stated goal to be listed on the NASDAQ. To meet that goal they will need to add at least four outside directors to the BOD. (As part of their listing requirements NASDAQ requires that a company have a majority of outside directors.) Adding four directors with a variety of needed expertise will help the company grow and should improve shareholder communications.
