The Swede Either my memory fails me again or the memory of others fails. My impression is that as part of the stock dividend certain past actions were reversed. SIAF's stake in TRW was reduced from 36.6% to some 23% in return for debt of some 62 million dollars. This debt will be converted to about 15 million shares that will be transferred to IAF's shareholders. This means if correct that SIAF's sharecount in TRW is already substantiallty down.
