Imagine I posted a message like this on some thread, could it be considered as violating the TOS and being offtopic, just a hypothetical question;

Yes there was news.

Yet no one cared enough to buy it up in bundles. Hopefully someone can get the word out about this great stock without using exclamation points.

Normally that is a sure sign that someone is getting paid to post and doesn't really care what happens so long as suckers buy.
