I've thought about that. I also think it's possible that Lagan announced the second RS, before doing the first, so that he could buy up the shares cheap knowing that the RS would not happen. I'm seeing a lot of possible manipulation. Things don't add up. I have this nagging feeling to buy 10 million shares just in case.
