Checked with the company today and the Equity Line Funding agreement with Dutchess Private Equity Funds, LP for up to $25 million is very much in play and is part of the merger deal between Sunrise and YTEL. When this merger closes,within 60 days,this $25 mil will kick in. I look for a big boost in PPS when this happens IMO. GLTA
