I've grown to value your opinion, but I disagree with your negative sentiment lately.
To address your question, I am assuming you are hinting at doubt in the share structure after the A/S increase with your reference toward a RS. The O/S and Float are all that matter IMO, and I have been in or seen several other sub-penny tickers run to .01+ with a worse SS than COHO. For example, see ONCI about a year ago (3+ billion O/S at the time), ran from .0005-.0192.
I understand that the A/S increase is puzzling, and opens the door for dilution. However, the O/S remains unchanged, and L2 has been clean as long as I've been watching (about 3-4 months). There is no dilution. So at current standing, the SS here is still awesome with low O/S and Float, and the A/S is irrelevant regarding the shares being traded with the absence of dilution.
The CEO has stated the A/S increase was done in preparation to grow... as in, a BIG acquisition. I tend to take this CEO at his word, as he has shown some incredible integrity for an OTC Pink CEO thus far. I believe he has a plan with shareholders in mind (as he has stated repeatedly), and he's not going to drop hints or pump the stock. He's going to deliver when it's a done deal. That is how we get over .0050. As to what's in store, your guess is as good as mine.
I know the waiting game sucks, but I held ONCI through a similar depression for several months before it ran. I believe the trading pattern and building of the solid base around .0007/8 over several months is very similar. Shareholders know what they own and the accumulation by Longs is growing by the day. It's a gamble for sure (as all Pinkies are), but if this CEO drops a bomb .0050 is going to be a stop along the way.
