Game7 of the hundreds of companies Dr. Frost invested in over the years, the BOD's he has sat on (the list is pretty impressive) and the amount of companies he has created through reverse mergers, one would think that he would of known what the heck was going on every time Honig had a "street" player announced his name when he took a position in a stock. Im not saying he profited from the pumps by Honig and his motley crew but he has more than his toe in the water here imo. He should of caught on to the massive movement of volumne, associate it to his using of his name and put an end to it early on. Perhaps the SEC is going after him for negligence in this sense as he has/had corporate positions in some of the companies involved.
ITs pretty much another kick in the nuts for Opko shareholders. Either he was way too busy running Teva, is slipping, or shareholders got played but there is no way he had NO knowledge of what was going on.
I have been an ardent supporter of Dr. Frost for years letting everyone I know about the products he was producing, their benefit to mankind, and the investment vehicle I (and hundreds of others) thought Opko was going to be. Shareholders have suffered their 40 years in the desert and now they get this? To me it smells to no end because I was there, the whole time in living color watching it thinking the same thing. Wow! someone is setting up shareholders ahead of time and dumping the stock as soon as the honeymoon was over again and again and again just in different companies. Really surprised its just a few that they listed.
Just some thoughts of mine on a friday, nothing else.
