Nope. They are distributing 18.3M shares. We receive 15.01M and another 3.29M go to the collateral share owners. After we get the 3.29M back, they will be distributed to us.

So, it's 15.01M to 39M SIAF shares, and later another 2.39M also to 39M SIAF shares.

That's $1.33 first part + $0.29 2nd part IMO
