He then received about $500,000 from Typenex and paid $1,000,000 - $1,200,000 6 months later. That's a genius!!!!! The only legit funding was TCA and Donna Silverman who squeezed Starrs. The Tangiers deal was a joke. Typenex was even worse. Even the 8-K was a fraud. Starrs announced a $1,000,000 financing and got about $500,000. Look at the numbers on the 8-K and the 10K.
