NAKED short-selling is NOT permitted on Toronto Stock Exchanges.

Ontario Securities Commission (OSC) and Investment Industry Organization of Canada (IIROC) advise 'naked short-selling' is NOT PERMITTED in Ontario. They are also looking into activities of CITRON and Andrew Left, details of which will remain confidential unless they find irregularities, at which time a public file will be opened.
