GBC,just another perspective,do you think it is possible that PTAB is waiting to see if moving to a new jurisdiction and consolidation is ordered for all before lifting the stay?
If PTAB Judges in fact are doing this it could mean collusion or
the "fix is in".

Our perspective possibly.

First, it is not the PTAB who decides whether to lift the federal court stay on the current apple, verizon and att cases. It is only the federal district court judge that can lift or keep the stay place. It is important to understand this distinction (fed court does not = PTAB court) before drawing opinions or conclusions.

The logical way this plays out is the following:

- Moving of cases to same venue
- Consolidation of cases at the consent of both parties
- PTAB makes a decision on Apple's rehearing request
- Fed court judge lifts stay
- Apple takes next step in court of appeal case against VPLM to appeal IPR decisions
- All federal cases move forward with pre-trial discovery and/or settlement discussions, defenses or marksman hearing.

There is no evidence whatsoever to show collusion is occurring or will occur between the PTAB and the Northern California courts.

Just my opinion, ofcourse.
