I like this movement we are seeing finally greeting closer to putting the bigs to rest!

I like this movement too. It could possibly be a precursor to the consolidation of cases all parties have requested and an eventual settlement between the parties once the PTAB makes a decision and the stay is removed.

Additional potential benefits could be exposure to the media and scrutiny of the cases by potential interested buyers in Silicon Valley.


We just have to wait a bit longer to see in my opinion.
