There are a variety of reasons to use this Board. Among the most important are to share and discuss meaningful concerns and interesting information about this stock. Information from this Board can be proliferated on Search engines. It can be visited by people wanting to know if they should become investors. In it, we all can be informed of developments in PR of vital concern to us all. And it is worth discussing these things.
Still, when you go on this Board to write something, you are actually visiting a public place- and what you say and how you act not only reflects on VMSI but on the quality of the people who are investors.
I would say, having spent months reading this Board, that there are very intelligent people here. But owing to a period of challenges- due partially to a lack of clear information, I suppose- the Board has become a kind of tabloid surrogate for negative comments, unwarranted speculation, continual whining and relentless condemnation of a situation that no one here clearly knows about, including me.
Even more seriously, It has lately become the repository of proven false information about VMSI,bers, citing a conversation with an early Investor that never happened. My own conversation with the investor, following that posting, not only demonstrated that the investor had nothing negative to say about management or the stock, but I learned certain things about the nature of VMSI's business direction that I did not understand formerly.. The investor in this case was talking about concepts- not about the current situation with the company, which he had contributed to positively but was now involved with other projects.
If we are to succeed as a group of investors, we need to clean up this Board and not use it as an excuse for trivial posting, ranting, making defamatory remarks when we have a distinct lack of true information. I have a large investment in this stock- and so do others- and I think we should go forward in a more positive, careful direction. Like a few others on this Board, I believe we are on the verge of something big.
