lol Yes. If he did do such a deal, and it leaked to the market, it would be difficult for him to avoid those massive lawsuits... Still, a large portion of the trades seems pre-arranged, especially on high-volume days (it can of course be a large investor waiting patiently with huge ice-bergs)
