The company diluted the hell out the shares!
Anyone buying here in the 3's is paying over 12X as much for shares bought at the EXACT SAME PRICE several months back!
Why should the shares (which are worth 92% less now due to the dilution)... pay the same price?
Factoring the dilution, the same price would be .00025 today! Why should it trade for any more than that?
It shouldn't... and won't remain this high for long!
The company has done nothing to be valued at 12X+ what it was just a few months ago!
Investors are slowly waking up to this FACT, and other unpleasant realities here!
