$BRNE is still getting some low volume. I wonder if the shell is in fact for sale? With the 15-12G, it may be. I know they were in receivership in 2015, so maybe they came out of that as a clean shell. If so, could be a reverse merger candidate with the low (319M O/S) share structure.
