I am still thinking Soon and the NEOM team used this stock for a cash generator to do their R&D and marketing. A back door deal was done with Yorkville and the trap was set to take all the assets private without having to answer to investors.

Purely my opinion! Seen similar done in other tickers that are now dead and gone.
