Well here's the pickle. If Thang Duc Dao, our new CEO is on the run, and he has majority share in SANP, then this isnt Frank's ticker anymore. He signed away his controlling interest. If Thang Duc Dao is labeled a scam, and Frank cannot buy back controlling interest in the company, then his hands are tied.

Please convince me otherwise.
