The irrational acts are symptoms of scam. There being no real business or income outside share sales, they have to figure out excuses where the money vanished, what new is coming, why "this time" they failed or shareholders didn't get what was promised. It is about the company being a scam operation. It is not about people. Solly is not irrational, reckless and foolish. He is managing a 0-company keeping up appearances trying to sell shares and make a buck.. He is doing relatively well considering his playing all fake.
