Here's what's going on:

1) CEO stated numerous times that there will NOT be a reverse split.

2) Went current and had stop sign removed recently and CEO said he's working on something major.

3) Company filed for offering at .001. 5 TIMES WHAT THE PRICE IS NOW! When asked why the offering is so high, CEO said that when news hits he expects the price to be much higher than that!

4) Bob told me and a few others that filings are on the way and are scheduled to be out mid October. He mentioned that the direction that the company is going in will be apparent in the filings.

5) Currently at ground floor. .0002. Very little risk and a huge reward. Buy now or buy (much) higher...
