Not only is that PR a year old later this month, Quality Green is actively advertising for a "Construction Project Manager." Here's the link

Clearly the grandiose promises made in that PR ain't gonna happen. Additionally, there is NO mention of Josh Alper, BLDV or any affiliated ventures anywhere on the QG website.

And the topper is that Josh's last disclosure says BLDV now "OWES" QG $25k... the exact amount of the deposit Josh announced he had received last fall.

My "opinion" is as valid as your "hearsay"
