Another thing to keep in mind Juice, is
that the majority shareholder for Vapor Group, Inc., is still
SF Holdings, LLC. We have not confirmed the owners of SF Holdings, but we do know that an address listed in the WY filings, traced back to Yaniv Nahon.(still delinquent on rheir WY taxes, btw!) Point being, they can vote dropping sub companies, buying, etc., as they see fit. IMO
