The long list of convertible notes are worrisome to say the least.

The people behind CBDY are the exact same people who ran CHZP into the ground with massive dilution. It ended up sitting at no bid when they were done with it and ultimately ended with a reverse split.

All they did was change the name and ticker symbol of the company in order to do it all over again. It’s easy to tell they are about to start diluting based on the convertible notes listed on the filings.

Look at the filings, everything else is just noise.
