The company needs more disclosure. We gave up 80% dilution in a merger 2 months ago and we have no idea who we reverse merged with. We have heard nothing from new management. An 8-k supplemental disclosure would be great. 80% dilution is material. Its almost like taking the company private without paying for our position.
