On the Royal CBD, Inc. thing, it could be something as simple as forgetting to file the annual report. However, my suspicious nature of these guys, makes me think it's more serious for the VPOR shareholders. My first thoughts are, that they are probably making some serious revenue with all of the advertisements and the decent looking Royal CBD website. Drop the Royal CBD, Inc. company as a subsidiary of Vapor Group and retain all revenue from Royal for themselves. Just one theory, I'm sure some of the other folks can add to this. All in my humble opinion, of course!
