i'm NOT sure about FLXT being a Pump & Dump Scam. Gurufocus.com shows that the last 3 insider trades occurred in 2016, & that they were all buys. Based on the info I would conclude that FLXT is a Buy & Hold Plan - not Pump & Dump Scam.
