Either way the initial PR stated that they will be doing what they can to get rid of the debt and move on debt free, and that may be why there was a chance that it wouldn't succeed within the 10 days cause who knows if they will be able to sell enough shares by then.

But looking at the volume, they should've raised enough capital for it already. After paying off the debt they will be generating their own revs from these parterships they're acquiring and move on DEBT FREE and making their own revenues!
