and people ARE buying...and not everything that looks like a sell is a sell and vice versa..

pretty much no one...that's why it doesn't happen..those are likely partial fills...as you well know...someone puts an order in to buy 100k shares and they fill it with 2500 shares left over from a prior partial fill, 500 from here and 25k from there...it happens all the time..all day long..
why on earth would you pretend someone was buying 100 shares?..manipulation of the pps by spending 10 bucks?...seriously?..

easy...someone buys at a high price at the end of day...but how does the pps remain high most of the day when there was far more selling than buying?..it doesn't..it really cant..thus, you have to rethink what you are looking at..

for what purpose?..this stock has been right around .065 for over a month..if there were so much more selling than buying, that just wouldn't be possible..i see no manipulation one way or the other..and no reason for it in the first place..

its been a very long time since kim was a broker..over the years, this stock has gone up and down..from one penny to .26 and every where in between...several times over..
I see no indication that kim gives a crap where the pps is...and given todays action and the suggestion that there was manipulation, who could possibly care enough to manipulate the pps from .064 to .068?...or more likely, .065 to .067 since you never get the low or the high...if you risk trading 100k worth of shares, you might make 200 bucks...woo hoo!..
minus your trading fees to buy and sell your 100k shares, plus the trading fees to buy and sell in order to manipulate, you could end up with enough money for a big mac..maybe
