With share price already down to $2.25 and dropping, and 2 weeks to go before the modified deadline, I would be shocked if the financing was at $2. Likely to be significantly lower. With the first round of stockholders already wiped out, the financing becomes much more toxic from second round players. And as some longs here have already figured out, H.C. Wainwright is not your friend.
