"Receive"? That's a nice line of business, receiving money. =D
It's all BS, they only receive money when they print and sell shares.
If this was a real company and not a scam they would stop diluting now and wait for that money and NOT pay dividend of course but pay their debts.
This is so thick BS what they write on their reports, proven BS every time. This time it will be different? =D

The 10k said that they would receive about 3,7 million in Q4 so I guess those money will go to the dividend.
