I'd like to know when Amgen is going to figure this out... These sneaky guys fooled them too!


Not sure if they managed to fool AMGN. All those millions of shares that do not show up on the 13Fs every time there is a dilution are probably going to AMGN to make them whole(considering that their initial investment of 25 million in equity is now a fraction and they had a clause to that effect as a condition while investing 25 million initially). Anything goes as long as it is legal.
