Yes you are correct. I will state it one last time. Ecos dangled that carrot in order to unload billions of shares that is why in my opinion they got current for that reason only. And yes I will admit I got duped but opened my eyes long time ago. You don't go through all the hassle of filing then suddenly over past 6 months plus not damn thing. No more office located on lrs grounds no one returning phone calls the loss of trademark name dropped their accounting firm etc It's all wishful thinking that one day ecos will decide to file to become current once again. And if they do it will more than likely be under the guise of some other business model they'll pull out of their behinds. Ecos got what they wanted lrs got what they wanted and shareholders got f#kin nothing but worthless shares. As I said by some miracle something still good comes out of this I will eat crow all day long but I know I won't have to worry about doing so.
