I was wondering the same thing! lol. I believe you are correct about a 2nd PR, but it might just be a P*RA PR... refer back to this quote from P*RA's PR last Friday:

Today the company is announcing a first target acquisition is in the works. The target acquisition is anticipated to be announced shortly after the closing of the spinoff transaction.

Unless I'm mistaken, they haven't announced this acquisition yet. So another PR could be released today. And the transaction with NOUV will most likely be mentioned again in that PR imo.
