"Blue Diamond Consulting LLC prepared the (Dharma) application." There's no mention of what sort of fee or other compensation was involved.

The only mention of of Cann10 was that the Dharma project will "introduce the Canareet product line into North America." That apparently can't happen until the Dharma facility is secured, outfitted, inspected, approved and final license granted some 14 months from now.
