The articles mentioning new funding of $65 million refer to funds that the Company raised in August and September 2018 through sales of its common stock pursuant to its at-the-market offering under the Equity Distribution Agreement and prepayments by investors of certain existing investor notes payable to the Company which the Company received as partial payment for the January Notes and November Notes."
